You can search a product in our site browsing through the product categories or by consulting our catalog. In each category you will be offered a list of related products, broken down by setting, type and age group. Do I have to register an account to buy?

You can simply complete the purchase process as a guest. In this case, during the purchase process, you will be asked only the information needed for tax compliance and administration and the address to let us deliver you the Fllwerssori product you have chosen.

The repayment of the invoice price of the returned items will be made by crediting the customer ‘s bank account within 30 days of receipt of the return. Those items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled by reason attributable to the customer, will not be reimbursed and will not give rise, in any case, the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the initial order.
