1. Booking and purchase

To be able to buy products online on our e-shop, the customer has to access the site dedicated to this task. Each product for sale is accompanied by a photograph, a description and the price.

Inside the e-shop you can select and book the individual products offered. Simply explain the amount and confirm, after choosing any variants. In this way the products are placed within the virtual shopping cart.

You can add, delete or confirm all bookings made up to that point.

In order to confirm the order, the customer can proceed as follows:

1. without registration, when required providing the necessary data to finalize the purchase;

2. with registration, through the insertion of the data required to access your personal area.

The purchase will be considered finalized for Flowerssori Srl only when the order will be confirmed by the same or by e-mail. The confirmation is sent within a maximum of 2 working days from receipt of order.

2. Product availability and price of sale

For each item shows the unit selling price in foreign currencies, VAT (Value added tax) including and excluding the cost of shipping.

The contributions of delivery will vary, depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, of their volume, weight and the place of destination.

All products within the e-shop are available in stock. If this occurs due to unexpected delays in product delivery, the customer will be promptly notified by e-mail, as well as in the case of temporary unavailability of one or more products.

Flowerssori srl ships to all countries provided during registration. However there may be cases where customs problems prevent the delivery of the products ordered. In this case the customer will be informed by e-mail and refunded later.

 

3. Payment methods

For the payment of the purchase the customer can use the following modes:

a. PayPal system.

b. Credit cards available on the PayPal system.

c. Bank transfer.

4. Supply of goods and shipping costs

All products ordered by the customer and confirmed by Flowerssori Srl, will be shipped by (national and international)  Express Courier to the address specified for the delivery by the customer.

Shippings in Italy will not be asked to contribute to the costs in excess of 100 €.

The products will be dispatched only after payment of the order has been properly recorded and confirmed in Flowerssori srl.

Products shipped in Italy are tentatively delivered within 3 working days after dispatch; products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 5 working days from shipment. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Any variation to the aforementioned will be promptly communicated by e-mail to the customer.

 

5. Products

At any time, without notice, Flowerssori Srl can make improvements in technology and aesthetics to its models, including variations in sizes and materials without prior notice. The dimensions included in the cards are indicative.

6. Return Policy

The customer has a right of withdrawal which can exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the items ordered.

The right of withdrawal may be communicated within the deadline indicated above, by e-mail. Shipping costs for the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer. For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging in perfect condition and in agreement with Flowerssori Srl.

The goods must be returned insured, carriage free; no package sent COD or freight collect will be withdrawn from Flowerssori Srl.

To ensure the best service, Flowerssori Srl It makes use of the service of the leading express mail service, for a timely withdrawal operation and return to the warehouse of the returned items.

The repayment of the invoice price of the returned items, will be made by crediting the customer’s bank account within 7 days of receipt of the return.

Items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled by reason attributable to the customer will not be reimbursed and will not give rise, in any case, the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the initial order.

Where return would depend on an error Flowerssori Srl, the shipping costs will be borne by the seller; in all other cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

 

7. Governing Law

All contracts must be sealed in Italy and are subject to Italian law. Any disputes hole territorial exclusive jurisdiction is Pisa (Italy).

8. Guarantees

Flowerssori products have a warranty of 2 years from date of delivery. The guarantee applies only to the use which it is intended . Improper use of the same will void the warranty. The wood, as a living element, may occur to have slight fluctuations of color and form with the passage of time.

9. Maintenance

Clean all the wooden Flowerssori products with a soft damp cloth, without using alcohol or other stains removers. The surfaces can undergo over time variations in color due to the light, the living nature and the aging of the wood itself.
